Terms & Conditions

PRODUCTS. Sahastraveda supplies instruments and consumables for Ayurvedic clinical practice. They are intended for use by trained practitioners. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product here diagnoses, treats or cures any condition on its own.

PRICES. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are the prices at which we are selling today. Where a higher struck-through price is shown, it is our own earlier price for the same item.

ORDERS. An order is confirmed when we confirm it. If something is out of stock or the price has changed, we will tell you before despatch rather than substituting or surprising you.

DELIVERY. We despatch from Nagpur. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location; ask us and we will give you an honest estimate for your pin code.

RETURNS. Tell us within a reasonable time if an item arrives damaged, wrong or faulty and we will put it right. Sterile or single-use consumables cannot be taken back once opened.
