WHAT WE COLLECT. When you place an order or send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address and the delivery address you give us. If you contact us on WhatsApp we also have your number and the messages you send.

WHY WE HAVE IT. To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and to keep our own record of what we supplied to whom — which matters for clinical instruments.

WHO ELSE SEES IT. Our courier receives the name, address and phone number needed to deliver. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent customer details.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT. For as long as we are supplying you, and afterwards in our order records. Write to sahastraveda@gmail.com to have your details removed.
